Stylus not writing

Fixes when the pen does not ink in Penink.

Try these in order:

Confirm the pen tool is selected (pink highlight), not the eraser, lasso, hand, or text tool.
On iPad, check Apple Pencil is charged and connected in iPad settings.
On Android, re-pair the stylus and confirm the tablet maker’s stylus mode is on.
Close split-system keyboards or overlays that may be capturing the stroke.
Force-close Penink and reopen the notebook.

If the stylus works in the tablet’s own drawing test but not in Penink, email support@penink.app with device model, OS version, and stylus model.
